This Privacy Policy describes how the Micro-Wins mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”) handles information.

1. Overview

Micro-Wins is a gentle diary of tiny wins. The App is designed to work offline. We do not require an account and we do not operate a user cloud for your diary.

2. Information stored on your device

The App may store the following information locally on your device only:

• micro-wins / diary entries you create;
• daily goals and related progress;
• optional mood notes;
• language and other settings;
• milestone / progress state used for gentle gamification.

This information is stored using on-device local storage (for example, AsyncStorage). It is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect, sell, or share:

• your name or email as an account profile;
• your diary contents on our servers;
• advertising identifiers for ad targeting;
• analytics profiles of your personal diary entries.

4. Internet access

The App may be built with frameworks that declare network-related permissions. Diary content is intended to remain on your device and is not synced to a Micro-Wins cloud service. If future versions add optional online features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it by:

• clearing the App’s storage in Android settings; or
• uninstalling the App.

After uninstall, the operating system typically deletes the App’s local data.

7. Third-party services

The current App does not integrate advertising SDKs or cloud diary backends. Device OS services (such as system language or haptics) may be used for basic functionality.

8. Security

We rely on the security of your device and operating system for locally stored data. Please keep your device updated and use a screen lock when possible.

9. Health disclaimer

Micro-Wins is a self-care journaling tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy, and it does not replace professional care.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
